Recently published guidelines from the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and U.S. Department of Homeland Security provide “identification of essential critical infrastructure workers during COVID-19 response.” While these guidelines are not a mandate to state and local jurisdictions, they do provide strategic guidance toward the unified effort to maintain the nation’s critical infrastructure. Communicate Your Support

During this time, it’s important to overcommunicate to your customers that you are open for business and your monitoring center is ready to handle concerns around the clock. The video at right delivers this message and can be used in social media, websites and emails. In your communications, you should also detail the safety measures you have implemented such as providing gloves and masks to your installers and other policies that address their health and safety.
